11 Days Out
Dear friends,
We are now in the month of June and I'm sitting in a sunny window in Marin getting emails out before heading to a weekend campout. Wanted to send a message before going offline for a few days.
In just 11 days the Summer Solstice Cleanse starts! Are you in!? Read my previous post on protocol to determine if you would like to do a Whole Foods plan or a Juice plan, or design your own.
What do you need to do in the coming days to start preparing?

What do you need to do in the coming days to start preparing?
- Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day
- Reduce alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, and sugar
- Skip junk food and dessert
- Eat more veggies
- Notice your sleep patterns and see if you can get to bed at a consistent time
- If you are doing the juice plan, get yourself a juicer or locate a juicery near you
- Clear out junk food and sweets from your home
Another way to start preparing is mentally... connecting to your intentions for engaging on this cleanse. Read the previous posts for more ideas about setting intention, and to read what Dan and I are thinking around doing a cleanse at this time.
