What to do when it's difficult

Day Two, still getting the groove. Now my body has run through it's normal source of energy and switching to a different mode. I haven't yet gotten over the hungry stage. So what do you do when it's difficult?

If you must cheat, cheat smart! Although I'm on the juice cleanse, I felt like I needed something, so I had a half a sliced apple. If you are losing your mind, go for a piece of raw fruit. One of the most damaging things we could do is plunge straight back to complex carbs and processed foods, it will be a shock to your body! If you need some protein, have bone broth. We made some last night and mixed it with the Blood Cleanser juice and a sprinkle of cayenne. Satisfying like a warm soup! Do your best to stick with your commitments, and also take care of yourself!

What about work and focus? I came across this article with tips "To keep it together while on a cleanse at work." It suggests to schedule meetings and calls in the morning, after your first juice or meal. And to be prepared for those moments when you might feel low energy or have detox symptoms (like headache, or gurgling gut).

I find that having hot tea calms the hunger and cravings. And staying hydrated renews my energy.
